Terms of service
Last updated 1 November 2026
By playing Elementarium at elementarium.fun you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Playing the game
Elementarium is free to play in your browser, for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You don’t need an account. You may share links to the site and post your own screenshots and videos of the game.
What not to do
- Don’t attack, overload or interfere with the site, or try to get around its security.
- Don’t copy, resell or republish the game or its artwork, sounds or text as your own, except as the law allows.
- Don’t use the site to break the law.
Your saved progress
Your progress and saved worlds are kept in your own browser, and we can’t restore them. They can be lost if you clear your browser’s data, change device or browser, or if a browser or a game update removes them. Please don’t rely on the game to keep anything important.
Pictures you add
The Image tool places a picture you choose into your own world on your device. It stays there, and you remain responsible for having the right to use it.
It’s a game, not science advice
The chemistry, physics and history in Elementarium are simplified for play and may be wrong or incomplete. Explosions, reactions, radiation, weapons and disasters in the game are make-believe. Never try anything from the game in real life.
Who owns what
The game, its code, artwork and text belong to its creators, apart from the third-party material listed on the About page, which belongs to its own creators under its own licence.
Ads
We may show ads in future, for example an ad you can choose to watch for a hint. We aren’t responsible for what advertisers offer. The privacy policy says how ads would use data.
No warranty
The game is provided free, “as is” and “as available”, without any warranty. We may change, pause or remove the game or any part of it at any time, and we don’t promise that it will always work or be free of bugs.
Limit of liability
As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss arising from using or being unable to use the site, including lost progress. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that can’t be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
