About Elementarium
Last updated 1 November 2026
Elementarium is a free falling-sand alchemy game you play in your browser. Every grain is simulated: heat spreads, liquids settle by weight, fire looks for fuel, and current runs through metal. You start with 17 elements and find the rest by mixing, heating and burning them.
- An alchemy table of elements to discover, from mud to machines.
- All 118 elements of the periodic table, with real melting points and densities, unlocked one by one in the Lab.
- The Apprentice’s Journey, a story in ten chapters, each a problem to solve with what you have learned.
- Weather, disasters, machines and flying ships to build and break.
The chemistry and physics are based on real science but simplified for play. It is a game, not a reference, and nothing in it is a guide to doing anything in real life.
